Kazem Davoudian is a Persian/Iranian-American musician, composer, and performer. His primary instrument that he has mastered over many years is the Santoor or Santur: a type of Dulcimer instrument. Not only does Kazem compose traditional pieces including indigenous instruments but he also sets many traditional motifs and melodies into a western context utilizing orchestras.
